Yes. Many of our students start from scratch. What matters is that you're comfortable in water. Share your situation when you book, so the instructor can adapt from the start.

Yes, when procedures are followed. We keep a 1:4 ratio (1 instructor : 4 students). All instructors are EFR/CPR trained. Your safety is the priority in every session.

Adult courses (Discovery, Wave 1, Wave 2): age 18+. Ages 16–17 need parent/guardian consent. Junior starts at age 4, A (4–7), B (8–11), C (12–15).

Wave 1 runs over 3 days: 2 pool sessions, 1 ocean session, 2 theory sessions. Each session is about 3–4 hours.

If you don't pass, you can join regular practice with Walena Freedive students. Everyone has their own pace, we support you until you're ready.

Yes. Discovery includes a certificate. Wave 1 and Wave 2 graduates earn international Molchanovs certification, recognized across many freediving communities.

Yes, freediving gear is available. When you book we ask for your foot size so the fins fit.

We run regular batches, and can also schedule by request. Fill in the form or chat on WhatsApp for the next available dates.

Safety isn't negotiable. If weather or sea conditions aren't suitable, we adjust the schedule and location. We'll update you as soon as we can.

Yes. Discovery and Wave classes include underwater documentation, photos and video as a keepsake of your learning journey.

Main classes are in Indonesian. If you're more comfortable in English, just let us know when you book.
